How am I to handle the down payment?

The easiest way to handle down payments is to collect the full down payment amount (shown on the finance agreement) from the insured. You can then deduct your full commission from the down payment and remit the remaining balance, with a copy of the signed finance agreement, directly to Skipjack. You also have the option of processing your clients down payment with a credit card or electronic check on our website. If you use this option the commission will not be deducted, so you will need to collect your commission from the MGA/Broker or make a special request by contacting our customer service team and we will issue a commission check to your agency. To process a down payment with a credit card or electronic check, select the "Make a down payment" link that is found on the top left of this page and enter all required information.


How do I get a premium financing quote from Skipjack?


A Skipjack finance agreement will be delivered to you automatically with each All Risks, Ltd. quote. If you do not receive a finance agreement automatically you can contact a customer service representative by phone (800-611-0955) or email (customer.service@skipjackpfc.com) and they will send you the quote within 24 hours. To get a financing quote for a non All Risks policy complete the Agent Quote Request Form that can be found under the "Forms" tab or send an email request to quotes@skipjackpfc.com and attach a copy of the insurance quote/binder you wish to get a financing quote for. A Skipjack representative will create a financing quote and reach out to you with any additional questions. If you are interested in receiving the authority to create financing quotes online please contact our marketing department at 410-891-0024.


Do you accept credit card down payments?

Yes, you have the option of processing your clients down payment with a credit card or electronic check on our website. If you use this option the commission will not be deducted up front, so you will need to collect your commission from the MGA/Broker or make a special request by contacting the Skipjack customer service team and we will issue a commission check to your agency. What do I need to send Skipjack to activate an account?

You need to send us a copy of the signed finance agreement. You can send via mail, fax (410-630-1132) or email (customer.service@skipjackpfc.com). Please make sure that you have collected the down payment from the insured and made any corrections to the effective date, insureds address and/or phone number before sending the signed finance agreement.


Can I request a lower down payment or APR?

Yes. We strive to provide competitive rates and terms in our original quotes, but we can often find ways to restructure the finance agreement upon further analysis of the policies and insured.


Can I add another policy/endorsement to an existing account/policy?

Yes. We can add policies/endorsements to your existing accounts and quotes. You can do so by calling Skipjack at 800-611-0955.


Do you finance non – All Risks policies?

All Risks, LTD. is our premier wholesale brokerage relationship , however, a good amount of our financed business is written outside of All Risks, Ltd. We finance business with several leading MGA's as well as many standard carriers. To get a financing quote for a non All Risks policy complete the Agent Quote Request Form that can be found under the "Forms" tab or send an email request to quotes@allrisks.com and attach a copy of the insurance quote/binder you wish to get a financing quote for. A Skipjack representative will create a financing quote and reach out to you with any additional questions. If you are interested in receiving the authority to create financing quotes online please contact our marketing department at 410-891-0024.


One of my accounts just cancelled, how will the return premium be handled?

All Risks, Ltd. (or the other wholesale broker) will send the gross return premium to Skipjack directly and bill your agency for the return commission on your account current. Once Skipjack receives the credit, we will pay off any earned premium on the account and then send any refund directly to your insured. If your insured owes you money, please call us at 1-800-611-0955 to have any refund sent to your agency. If the credit is not enough to pay the earned premium, the insured will receive a final bill from Skipjack for the balance and we would appreciate your help in collecting this remaining balance from the insured.


Can I view the status of my accounts with Skipjack online?

Yes!  You can login to our website (www.skipjackpfc.com) with your identified agency username and password.  On this site, you will have numerous reports at your disposal that will show you the status of your accounts and note any recent payment activity. If you do not have an agency username, please follow the prompts on the website or call us at 800-611-0955.


In which states can Skipjack finance my business?

Skipjack currently finances premiums in 30 states and continues to add based on demand. The current list of states includes: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, & WV. More states coming soon!
